We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic design team in Eltville am Rhein. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating design concepts that meet our high standards of functionality, aesthetics, and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Concept Development: Develop design concepts based on briefings, creating sketches and 3D models that reflect our unique brand identity and meet customer needs.
  • 3D Rendering and Animation: Create high-quality 3D renderings, presentations, and animations to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Prototyping and Testing: Develop physical and digital prototypes to test and refine design concepts.
  • Technical Drawing and Documentation: Create accurate and sustainable 2D technical drawings from SolidWorks 3D data.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure that final products meet our high standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and engineering, to ensure consistent design implementation.
  • Industry Expertise: Utilize and expand your knowledge of industrial design and culinary industry to develop innovative and user-friendly products.
  • Brand Identity: Ensure that all designs reflect our brand identity and values.
  • Software Proficiency: Leverage your skills in SolidWorks, Visualizer, Composer, and Adobe Creative Suite to create detailed and precise design concepts and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Completed degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in a similar position
  • Expertise in industrial design and construction
  • Excellent skills in 3D modeling with SolidWorks, rendering, and animation (especially with SolidWorks and Adobe CS)
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative design solutions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
