About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Professional. As a Sales Expert, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting our products in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Promote and sell our products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
