Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Controller to join our team at Zschimmer & Schwarz. As a Junior Controller, you will play a key role in supporting our financial analysis and reporting activities, assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes, and analyzing financial data to prepare reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in financial analysis and reporting activities
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports
- Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes
- Assist in variance analysis and performance evaluation
Requirements:
- Degree in business administration (or equivalent), as well as initial work experience in controlling, FP&A or finance and accounting
- Initial experience in analyzing operational performance (revenue and cost drivers)
- Critical mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
