Deine Rolle bei uns

Als Content Creation Specialist bist Du für authentisches Storytelling unserer Vision verantwortlich. Deine kreativen Assets sprechen nicht nur genau unsere Zielgruppe an, sondern sie engagen mit starken Impact-Messages die richtigen Outcomes: wir bringen Menschen dazu, sich bei uns zu melden und unsere Unterstützung anzunehmen - ebenso wie Unternehmen, neue Chancen gemeinsam mit uns für diese Menschen zu öffnen. Dabei bist du sensibel im Umgang mit geflüchteten und migrierten Menschen, die ihre Geschichten mit uns teilen und öffentlich erzählen möchten.

  • Konzeption und Kreation von hochwertigen und ansprechenden Inhalten für verschiedene Kanäle (Social Media, Website, Events,...)
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Grafiken, Bildern, Videos und anderen visuellen Inhalten
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Pitchdecks mit Fokus auf Konvertierungs-Funnel
  • Starkes Gespür und fundierte Erfahrung in outcome-orientiertem Storytelling
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Kampagnen zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit und Konvertierung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team zur Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Markenbotschaft, insbesondere unserer Performance Marketing und Social Media Experts
  • Analyse und Optimierung der Content-Performance anhand relevanter KPIs
  • Aktive Recherche nach aktuellen Trends und Best Practices im Bereich Content Creation
Was wir von Dir erwarten
  • Dein Background liegt in Design, Kommunikation, Medien oder einer vergleichbaren Branche und Du hast Erfahrung in der Umsetzung für Sales Materialien, die diese Zielgruppe spezifisch ansprechen
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Creatives und Content, idealerweise in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den gängigen Grafik- und Videobearbeitungsprogrammen (z.B. Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro)
  • Kreatives Denken und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für visuelle Ästhetik
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Botschaften klar und ansprechend zu vermitteln
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen
  • Du bist hands-on & ein*e absolute*r Teamplayer*in und verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Du hast einen sensiblen Umgang mit Lebensrealitäten von Menschen mit Flucht- oder Migrationshintergrund und Du möchtest einen Beitrag zur sozialen Verantwortung leisten
