IT-Professionelle Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT-Professional, der sich auf die Implementierung von industriellen IT-Lösungen spezialisiert hat. Als MES-Konsulent werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und unterstützen uns bei der Umsetzung von Technologien für Digitalisierung und IT/OT.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Projekte umsetzen und industrielle IT-Lösungen konzipieren, entwickeln, installieren und in Betrieb nehmen
  • Technologien für Digitalisierung und IT/OT umsetzen und bei der Qualifizierung/Validierung von Pharma-Anlagen und Computer Systemen nach GxP/GAMP5 beraten
  • Produktionsprozesse in Systemen der produktionsnahen IT (MES/MOM) abbilden und einschlägige Standards anwenden (ISA95, OPC UA usw.)
  • Systeme der Produktionsführung (MES/MOM) einführen und unterstützen bei deren Integration in Warenwirtschaftssysteme (L4) oder Shopfloor-Systeme (L2)
  • Qualitätsstandards einhalten, Workshops/Schulungen durchführen und an der Erstellung der System- und Qualifizierungsdokumentation mitarbeiten
Was wir von Ihnen erwarten
  • Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld, idealerweise mit erster (Teil-) Projektleitungserfahrung
  • Teamfähigkeit und Erfahrung im Bereich Software Engineering und mit Lösungen der produktionsnahen IT
  • Erfahrung in einer höheren Programmiersprache und Kenntnisse in der Gestaltung und Dokumentation von prozeduralen Abläufen sowie damit verbundenen Werkzeugen wie BPMN/BPML, UML oder EPK
