Your Responsibilities:

• Lead ambulance transports, ensuring adherence to all regulations and protocols
• Maintain the highest quality standards in emergency medical care
• Manage daily operations at the rescue station effectively
• Provide guidance and support to new team members
• Actively participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices
• Deliver prompt and compassionate emergency medical care according to established guidelines
• Adhere to strict quality standards and protocols
• Ensure the readiness of vehicles and equipment for immediate deployment
• Assist physicians during emergencies, providing essential support

• Work within a rotating shift system to ensure continuous coverage

Your Profile:

• Certification as a Notfallsanitäter (m/w/d)
• Excellent physical health and stamina
• Valid driver's license
• Strong alignment with the principles of the Red Cross
