Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Internal Control Specialist to join our Finance Team in our Head Office in Munich for a period of 24 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance internal control measures and systems, focusing on internal and external requirements to ensure precise communication with sales teams.
- Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative controls and sampling to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, including laws and industry standards.
- Act as a central point of contact for sales teams in Germany and the Head Office in Paris for inquiries related to internal and external requirements.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Finance or a related field.
- Have prior work experience through internships or part-time jobs.
- Bring analytical and conceptual skills.
- Have a basic understanding of risk analysis and evaluation.
- Be a team player with strong initiative, accuracy, and quick learning abilities.
- Work reliably and demonstrate a high level of commitment.
- Have a self-reliant and independent work style and be eager to work in a dynamic international environment.
- Be proficient in MS Office applications.
- Have fluent German and good English language skills.
