Your Role

As a Business Unit Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 people and driving the business unit's success. You will be accountable for the financial performance of the unit, as well as the development of new projects and business opportunities. You will work closely with the divisional leadership team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 5 people and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage the financial performance of the business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with the divisional leadership team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the company's growth strategy.
  • Ensure the quality and safety of all projects and business activities.
  • Manage and develop the skills and competencies of team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver business objectives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, project management, and team leadership.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
