Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Specialist (m/f/d) in the field of Media Measurement (Panel Development) to join our team.

As a Junior Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of panel data and managing our panel participants for the TV Viewer Research project, as well as other defined methodological special projects. Your tasks will include documentation, analysis, and quality control.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. If you are a team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Telephone support and consultation for households in the AGF TV research panel (Customer-Care-Center)
  • Answering emails and written inquiries
  • Quality control: independent research to verify usage behavior (Compliance); further research to optimize data quality
  • Maintenance and updating of master data in specific software tools
  • Support for optimizing internal workflows
  • Participation in planning, implementation, acceptance, and follow-up of internal and external projects
  • Weekend and holiday availability for telephone support (approximately 3-5 times per year)

Requirements

  • Professional experience in an office, hotline, or service sector
  • Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
  • Good English language skills in writing and speaking
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Ideal experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Technical affinity is an advantage
