In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate on-site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
- Prepare detailed work calculations and cost estimates for electrical installations.
- Identify and design necessary supplements or modifications to existing electrical systems.
- Handle invoicing and ensure accurate record-keeping of project expenses.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess construction progress and identify potential issues.
- Plan and execute all electrical construction measures, adhering to safety regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a Master Craftsman training program, state-certified technician qualification, or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Several years of proven experience as a site manager or senior installation supervisor within the electrical construction industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative while maintaining a strong team orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues.
