Key Responsibilities:
- IT Application Development: Collaborate with our development team to design and enhance our IT application landscape, meeting evolving business needs.
- Project Involvement: Participate in IT projects, taking ownership of specific sub-projects and ensuring their successful completion.
- Technical Analysis & Solution Design: Analyze technical requirements and develop solutions or alternative approaches to optimize systems.
- User Collaboration: Work closely with software users to continuously improve platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly and effective.
- Application Support: Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for specialized applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- PowerShell Expertise: Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and system management.
- Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong understanding of infrastructure elements like Active Directory (AD), DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
- Application Management: Experience with application packaging and distribution using SCCM/MECM.
- VDI Knowledge: Familiarity with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies is a plus.
- Operational Resilience: Ability to manage tasks under pressure and effectively resolve conflicts.
- Compliance Familiarity: Knowledge of IT security and service management standards such as DIN ISO 270xx, DIN ISO 20,000, or ITIL.
- Cloud & Containerization: Experience with cloud computing and container orchestration is beneficial.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level) is required.
