Wir suchen einen erfahrenen SAP Functional Consulting Team Lead, der unser Inhouse Consulting Team leitet und die Applikationen unseres SAP ERP Systems in den deutschsprachigen Ländern des Hays Konzerns verantwortet.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Leitung des Inhouse Consulting Teams und Verantwortung für die Applikationen unseres SAP ERP Systems
  • Fachliche Leitung mehrerer Ansprechpartner eines externen IT-Dienstleisters und Sicherstellung eines strukturierten Ablaufs
  • Analyse, Konzeption und Planung von Tätigkeiten im SAP ERP Umfeld in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Kunden und IT-Teams
  • Ansprechpartner für interne Fachbereiche in Bezug auf Prozesse, sowohl im laufenden Betrieb als auch in Form von Projekten
  • Arbeit an der Analyse und Verbesserung von Prozessen im SAP ERP System, Erarbeitung von Lösungskonzepten und Koordination ihrer Umsetzung
  • Überprüfung von Projektzielen und Projektbudgets, einschließlich der Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen IT-Dienstleister
  • Planung für den Personaleinsatz und Ressourcenplanung des Teams
  • Coachfunktion für das Team und Entwicklung der Fähigkeiten der Mitarbeitenden
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z.B. Informatik, BWL) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender praktischer Erfahrung
  • Beratererfahrung im on premise SAP HCM System mit seinen Modulen PA, OM, PT und PY, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen der Deutschen oder Schweizer Personalabrechnung
  • Erfahrung im Cloud System Success Factors (Onboarding, Employee Central) oder im on premise SAP ERP System mit den Modulen Finanzbuchhaltung, SD und MM
  • Kenntnisse des SAP S/4 HANA Systems und Erfahrung bei dessen Einführung
  • Methoden der disziplinarischen Personalführung sind vertraut und Führungserfahrung ist vorhanden
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, gepaart mit Eigeninitiative
  • Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden und Teamarbeit
  • Fließende Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache
