**Join our team at Deutsche Telekom Service GmbH as a Sales and Service Advisor**

As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in the Telekom Service-Center. This is a 24-month fixed-term position, with the option to extend it indefinitely.

Your responsibilities will be diverse and engaging:

  • **Active sales and marketing of defined standard products and solutions** from the Deutsche Telekom portfolio, utilizing a customer-centric approach.
  • **Cross-selling and up-selling** within the framework of standardized outbound campaigns, including retention calls in the assigned segment.
  • **Direct and independent conclusion of contracts** with customers.
  • **Active feedback management** to improve campaign implementation.

We offer flexible working hours, with a focus on evening and weekend shifts. As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will work full-time (36 hours/week, according to current regulations) in a 5-day week, with the possibility of additional hours.
