Job Description

We are looking for a qualified educator (m/w/d) to lead our group in the nursery and kindergarten in full-time positions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a group of children in the nursery and kindergarten
  • Develop and implement educational programs and activities
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff members to ensure a high level of pedagogical quality
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to ensure a smooth transition between home and kindergarten
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the kindergarten
Requirements
  • Completed education in early childhood education or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English (Schulenglisch) and willingness to work in a bilingual environment
