Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Cleaning Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team at Dorfner GmbH & Co. KG. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including the operating room, intensive care unit, and emergency department
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in cleaning or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
