We are part of the ROCKWOOL Group, a company that offers innovative and sustainable products. Our team in Neuburg an der Donau is looking for a skilled professional to join our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve production and equipment issues
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on production and auxiliary equipment
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance according to our maintenance and control plan
• Perform metalworking tasks according to specifications and drawings

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training as an industrial or agricultural machinery mechanic
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of production equipment
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and mechanical engineering is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good physical stamina
• Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, and provide support during production disruptions
• High level of responsibility and safety awareness
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Good physical fitness
• Basic computer skills
