Job Summary:
A highly skilled HVAC Technician is sought after by the U.S. Embassy Berlin to provide expert maintenance and repair services for various facilities on the New Consulate Compound.

About the Position:
This role involves performing skilled maintenance and repair work at the journeyman level, adhering to International Building Code (IBC) standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with experience working on complex equipment and components.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with HVAC equipment
- Collaborate with other technical staff to ensure smooth operation of facilities

Requirements:
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent required
- Completed specialized vocational training from an accredited institute recognized as producing journeyman-level technicians with specialization in the HVAC field
- Prior work experience at the journeyman level in the installation, operations, repair, and maintenance of commercial or industrial HVAC/mechanical refrigeration systems
