Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Product Team Store Experience at BAUHAUS. As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, and improve resilient and scalable software solutions that fuel our internal applications and customer-facing APIs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders
- Solve system design challenges within your team and across teams in a product-centric environment
- Implement, deploy, and operate your team's services from development to production environment
- Foresee, identify, and solve production issues
- Take care of existing systems and develop new technical solutions, pursuing a cloud-based approach
- Follow agile working principles and focus on values such as objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Drive quality and standards in our engineering community
Your Profile:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Successfully completed studies in Computer Science or (Business) Informatics or a comparable training
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Software Developer
- Knowledge in classical frontend technologies (e.g. Angular), JavaScript in general, Java with Spring Boot, and PHP
- Practical experience in using cloud provider platforms (e.g. GCP, Azure, AWS)
- Comfortable with REST-based communication and familiar with common monitoring/alerting/logging tools
- An open-minded personality, comfortable working in a collaborative agile environment, and very good knowledge of English; German is a plus
