- Record and clarify customer requirements, providing technical support and guidance as needed.
- Prepare and present offers, collaborating with engineers to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all sales processes in the area, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Take ownership of sales responsibilities for the corresponding sales area, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Critical Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, or a comparable field.
- At least three years of professional experience in electrical drive/automation technology and sales-related customer support.
- Confident and convincing communication skills, with a strong presence and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Preferred residence in the sales region, with a home office setup.
- Fluent in English, with excellent language skills and ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
