About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Deal Origination Expert to join our team at Kyndryl. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading deals from qualification to closure for complex, multi-tower multi-million deals. Your expertise in determining pricing and commercial strategies will be instrumental in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expansion
- Lead customer negotiations and close deals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary documents and technical solutions for bid submissions
- Define winning propositions and lead the end-to-end response for complex deals
- Compile, refine, and own the final proposal documents
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in leading customer negotiations
- Proven experience in conceptualizing and executing bid activities and deals
- High level of industry-specific solution expertise and sales techniques
