Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Office Events Wiesbaden. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, including meeting management, organization, and travel coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage appointments for managers, including writing logs and follow-up actions
  • Organize and manage regular working meetings and provide technical guidance to colleagues
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and billing
  • Collaborate in planning and monitoring of various budgets
  • Support management in team budgeting and milestone tracking
  • Manage standardized procurement processes, including ordering materials and services
  • Assist in contract negotiations
  • Ensure effective communication on organizational, administrative, and personnel matters
Requirements
  • High level of communication capability and service orientation
  • Excellent English language skills (C1)
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong organizational skills with high flexibility
