Success in this role means that you will have
- After 2 months: You will have established yourself as a valued team member, contributing to a client project and demonstrating a clear understanding of our technical architecture.
- After 6 months: You will be a key member of the team, actively involved in the development of a client project, and making notable contributions to our codebase and internal processes.
- After 12-24 months: You will lead the development of a client-facing application from the workshop phase to production, leveraging your expertise in machine learning algorithms and mentoring junior team members.

- You will work in small teams of 2-3 people to develop machine learning solutions for our clients.
- You will conceptualize and implement algorithmic solutions to complex business problems, including prototyping and productionizing machine learning solutions, and defining and analyzing product use cases with clients.
- You will own machine learning solutions from data ingestion to production, serving millions of inference requests.
- You hold an advanced quantitative degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, with strong knowledge of theoretical math and CS.
- You have at least two years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer.
- You have expertise in working with large structured and unstructured data sets, with knowledge of data engineering tools like Apache Spark being an advantage.
- You possess strong programming skills in Python, with other languages being a plus.
- You are an AI Consultant at heart, with a passion for delivering value to clients.
- You have experience with a wide range of ML frameworks, including SKLearn, Tensorflow, and Torch, with experience in domain-specific libraries like OpenCV and HuggingFace being an advantage.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German, with a minimum of B2 proficiency required for the role.
- You are a resident in Germany, as we are currently unable to accept applications from other EU/non-EU countries.
