About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Quantum Computing initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects related to AI and Quantum technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for AI projects.
  • Ensure effective execution of AI projects, managing tasks, milestones, and deliverables to meet project goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectations.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with teams to allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and software tools, to meet project demands.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to financial and scheduling constraints.
  • Identify potential risks and issues related to AI projects and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address challenges and obstacles that may impact project success.
Requirements
  • At least four years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally related to Quantum technology projects or AI.
  • Strong understanding of Quantum techniques, machine learning, and data science.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional customer orientation and experience in managing client relationships.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum.
  • Proficient level in English and German (at least C1 level).
