Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Security Specialist to join our team. As an IT Security Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining technical and procedural IT security solutions.

You will work in a modern production facility with an interesting product portfolio and be part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training and awareness campaigns to ensure employees are aware of IT security best practices.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive data security concept for the entire site, including inventory of IT devices, creation of emergency plans, and holistic patch management.
• Perform audits to identify IT security risks and define and monitor corrective measures to minimize risks.
• Stay up-to-date with new trends in IT and cybersecurity and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and laws.
• Act as a consultant to various departments in the company, providing expertise on IT security measures.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Information Technology or a related field and several years of experience in IT security or administration.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to think outside the box and act decisively.
• Experience with IT devices and machines, as well as knowledge of IT, IT security, network technologies, and operating systems.
• A high affinity for hardware and software.
• A passion for working in an innovative and constantly evolving environment and sharing knowledge.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
