Key Responsibilities- Workplace Strategy
- Develop and implement workplace strategies to support business objectives
- Conduct feasibility studies and needs analyses to inform workplace decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize workplace needs
- Facilities Management
- Oversee the maintenance and operations of facilities, including scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage service providers and vendors to provide solutions
- Negotiate contracts and leases
- Workplace Design and Solutions
- Drive workplace design and solutions to deliver on portfolio optimization
- Prepare strategic and tactical plans for future workplaces
- Follow design and architecture standards for global office buildings
- Capital and Expense Budgeting
- Control capital and expense budgets related to leases, building construction, and operations
- Perform economic analyses to justify expenditure
- Stakeholder Management
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including people and culture teams, IT, and real estate procurement
- Collaborate with legal and real estate procurement teams to ensure compliance
- 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of building system operations and design standards
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and service providers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- German language skills to a professional standard
