At Fürsorge mit Herz GmbH, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Caregiver / Household Manager (m/w/d) to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a caring and reliable individual to provide daily support and companionship to seniors and their families in Aschaffenburg, Germany. As a Senior Caregiver / Household Manager (m/w/d), you will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, providing emotional support, and promoting independence.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Assist with household chores and errands
  • Support with medication management and appointment scheduling
Requirements
  • German language proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Respectful and empathetic approach to working with seniors and their families
  • Ability to adapt to the individual needs and preferences of each client
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and reliability
