About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Polier Ingenieurbau to join our team. As a Polier Ingenieurbau, you will be responsible for the execution of construction projects, including site management, technical planning, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Execution of construction projects in accordance with project plans and specifications
• Site management and supervision of construction teams
• Technical planning and coordination with project teams
• Quality control and assurance of construction work
• Health and safety management on construction sites
• Financial management and accounting of construction projects

Requirements

• Completed technical education and certification as a Polier or Werkpolier
• Experience in the field of concrete and steel construction or civil engineering
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
• Good knowledge of German language (at least C1 level)
