Wir suchen einen motivierten Werkstudenten, der sich in unserem Business Development Team einbringen möchte. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du aktiv an der Entwicklung von Strategien und Projekten mitwirken und deine Fähigkeiten in der Praxis unter Beweis stellen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Analysen und Präsentationen erstellen, um business-relevante Empfehlungen und Handlungsmaßnahmen abzuleiten
  • Die verschiedenen Bereiche und Jobprofile eines Beauty-Tech-Unternehmens kennen und im engen Austausch mit angrenzenden Bereichen wie Marketing, Digital, CI und Business Intelligence stehen
  • Selbstständig an konzeptionellen und analytischen Projekten arbeiten und eigenständig Business Development relevante Themen durch Recherche-Aufgaben und proaktive Zusammenfassung deiner Insights voran treiben
  • Branchenspezifische Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Konsumentendaten analysieren und interpretieren und business-relevante Handlungsempfehlungen auf Basis dieser Insights und Erarbeitung entsprechender Unterlagen erstellen

Dein Profil
  • Ein wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Studiengang und Monate Zeit für ein Vollzeit-Praktikum
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Arbeitswelt durch Praktika oder ähnliche Aktivitäten
  • Ein Organisationstalent und Multi-Tasking gehört zu deinen Stärken
  • Ein schneller Auffassungsgabe und Erfahrungen im Stakeholdermanagement
  • MS-Office und gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
