Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Assistant to join our team at Götz-Management-Holding AG. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Manage and maintain marketing materials, including social media, email, and website content
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with customers and promote the company's brand
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
