**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Nordmann Unternehmensgruppe GmbH. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook all menu items according to standard recipes and procedures.
• Manage kitchen inventory and ensure that all ingredients are stored and handled properly.
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience for our guests.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity during peak periods.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train junior staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
