Key Responsibilities- Creation of plans and calculations in the field of technical building equipment
- Drawing (3D) implementation of planning concepts and building technical schematics.
- Creation and review of design and execution drawings with Linear on AutoCAD- or Revit Basis.
- 3D modeling and visualization with REVIT
- Review and continuation of planning lists
- Compliance with project- and company-specific guidelines
- CAD coordination between disciplines
- Final collision check of the created planning documents
- Implementation of project information for the preparation of calculations
- Management and support of virtual project rooms
What You Bring:
- Professional Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience as a Technical System Planner in the field of technical building equipment.
- German Language Skills: Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing.
- Reliability: You enjoy designing detailed and flawless plans and accompanying a project from planning to completion.
- Planning Talent: AutoCAD, Revit, creating plans and calculations in technical building equipment comes easily and joyfully to you.

Our projects range from office and commercial buildings to public buildings such as schools, sports halls, and kindergartens. We equip new buildings according to requirements. The majority of our planning tasks involve residential construction in new and old building renovations - all in the metropolitan region of Hamburg and surroundings, where we are well connected. Building renovation in use is a key focus of our work.
