We are seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Engineer to join our team at bindan GmbH & Co. KG. As an Electromechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and organizing the production process in the Electromechanical Engineering department.

• Lead and organize the production process in the Electromechanical Engineering department
• Ensure timely production of electromechanical machines and systems according to technical drawings and specifications
• Monitor and optimize production processes in terms of quality, efficiency, and cost
• Lead and train employees in the production department, including training and development
• Be responsible for the maintenance and repair of production equipment and machinery

• Completed education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Further education as a Master Electromechanical Engineer or a related field is an advantage
• Experience in Electromechanical Engineering, preferably in a leadership position
• Leadership skills, team skills, and strong communication skills
• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work in shifts
• Good knowledge of German in writing and speaking
