Engineering Director for Product and Supply Chain

Job Title: Engineering Director for Product and Supply Chain
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Director to lead our Product and Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering management, supply chain optimization, and product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers and supply chain professionals to develop and implement product and supply chain strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and supply chain efficiency
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product design, manufacturing, and supply chain operations
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and reliable supply chain operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and improve supply chain resilience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related field)
- Master's degree or MBA in engineering management, business administration, or supply chain management (preferred)
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in product development, engineering management, and supply chain optimization
- Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and driving product innovation and supply chain efficiency
- Strong understanding of design for manufacturability and assembly (DFMA) principles and supply chain architecture
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to lead and develop diverse engineering teams
