Fund Administrator

Austin Bright is seeking a highly skilled Fund Administrator to join our team in Luxembourg. As a Fund Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the administrative, legal, and regulatory aspects of investment entities.

• Entity Administration: Create and manage financial entities, ensuring compliance with Luxembourgish laws and regulations.
• Transaction Support: Handle investor subscriptions, distributions, and legal documentation.
• Legal Documentation: Draft investment-related documents and manage legal obligations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities align with Luxembourgish laws and regulations.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to automation projects to streamline administration.

• 2-3 years of experience in fund administration, corporate governance, or as a corporate officer in Private Equity or debt funds.
• Proficiency in drafting board minutes, resolutions, and investment documents, as well as a strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluent in English and a good command of French.
• The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment and can work independently with minimal supervision.

• Salary: up to €60k gross annually, depending on experience.
