We bring deep industrial and functional expertise to fulfill our clients' needs, ranging from strategy, market management, sales and distribution, IT, organization, claims and operations to central functions and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a trusted advisor for team members and clients in the areas of IT transformation, IT service management, digital innovation, or project & program management.
  • Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
  • Facilitate the growth and success of fellow consultants by providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Manage communications and project timelines.
  • Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager.
  • Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on IT transformation, digital innovation, or project & program management.
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline: business, economics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
  • Excellent command of English and high proficiency in German (C1).
  • Deep experience and proven track record in project- and program management methods, process development, or IT implementations / transformations.
  • Mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels.
  • Affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks.
  • Previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions).
