The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Munich. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying opportunities through inbound leads and targeted outbound campaigns.

The Challenge

The Adobe Experience Cloud is a cutting-edge portfolio of marketing and customer experience technology. As a BDR, you will be responsible for working with field sales and marketing teams to cross-sell solutions to existing Experience Cloud customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for managing all inbound Adobe Experience Manager leads – identifying their needs, qualifying potential opportunities
  • Focusing on contacting and qualifying prospects in existing Experience Cloud customers' accounts to achieve/exceed demand generation targets through Inbound Marketing source leads (AQL's) and outbound targeted campaign execution
  • Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, helping address their needs and challenges
  • Generating high-quality pipeline with the propensity to close, qualified using Adobe's chosen Sales Methodology
  • Working to individual quota, achieving SLAs for MQLs
  • Pro-actively working with the Adobe Ecosystem
  • Managing all CRM activity relating to your accounts
  • Effectively utilizing various channels and tools such as social media, internet, web-based tools & outbound calling
  • Acting as an ambassador at all times for Adobe
  • Ensuring compliance to Adobe tools usage and processes

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience in Sales/Business Development with knowledge of SaaS applications, particularly Content Management, a distinct advantage
  • Exemplifying personal drive, determination, process excellence, and the highest of ethical standards
  • Having a proven track record in Business Development
  • Having proven personal success in sales or deep working knowledge of sales cycle processes
  • Having a strong understanding of business, how company management makes buying decisions can example to teams the power of understanding influencers decision makers etc.
  • Having the ability to quickly pick up new technologies such as CRM, Sales Engagement platforms etc.
  • Caring about Adobe's customers best interests and acting as an internal advocate for the Business Development Group
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and persuasive skills essential
  • Fluency in English & German is essential

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year
