We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our team at G DATA Software AG. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Dutch-speaking region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to our customers via phone and email, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Identify customer requirements and provide expert advice on our software solutions, working closely with our sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales proposals, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage and maintain customer and contract data in our CRM system (MS Dynamics CRM), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Document and maintain relevant sales information in our existing data systems.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will have a strong understanding of the Dutch language, as well as proficiency in English and German.
Requirements
- Fluent proficiency in Dutch, English, and German (B2 level or higher).
- Relevant education or equivalent qualification in a commercial field.
- Previous experience in sales or a related field, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
