Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Clerk Dispatching to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vehicle Acceptance: Ensure seamless acceptance of vehicles at the first level, guaranteeing efficient processing and minimizing delays.
  • Outgoing Traffic Management: Effectively handle outgoing traffic, both nationally and internationally, to meet customer expectations and company standards.
  • Premium Products and Special Journeys: Verify and process premium products and special journeys, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
  • Consignments and Mail Management: Record outgoing consignments based on consignment notes and sort driver's mail, including delivery notes and accompanying documents.
  • Trainee and Temporary Staff Supervision: Provide guidance and support to trainees and temporary staff, promoting a culture of learning and development.
  • Qualifications and Experience: Possess successfully completed training as a businessman (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification, with experience in handling being an advantage.
  • Teamwork and Pressure Management: Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Shift Work: Willingness to work permanent late shifts (11:30 - 20:00) and adapt to changing work schedules as required.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Possess good knowledge of MS Office, with the ability to utilize software effectively in a logistics environment.
