Job Summary:

M.C. Dean is seeking a highly skilled Senior Telecommunications Engineer 3 to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and installing telecommunications systems, including passive information systems, for various clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop telecommunications systems, including passive information systems, to meet client requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including site survey reports, installation design plans, and test plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in telecommunications systems design and installation.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer certification.
  • Prior experience with Autodesk product suite.
  • Advanced working knowledge of REVIT and AutoCAD.

  • Finger dexterity to manipulate objects with fingers.
