Job Description
At IPS Powerful People, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and control within the offshore wind/LNG/pipelay industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure contractual requirements are clear for quality assurance and control.
- Promote quality awareness within the project team.
- Oversee subcontractor readiness reviews at sites or yards.
- Participate in HAZID and HAZOP project meetings.
- Ensure compliance with quality-related subcontractor documents.
- Forecast man-hours for the quality team.
- Coordinate and ensure quality staff performance across all project sites.
- Implement QHSE improvement activities.
- Update procedures and ensure project personnel are informed about relevant VOMS procedures.
- Maintain a safe work environment for quality staff.

Requirements:
- HBO technical degree
- Inspection experience
- NACE level 2 or 3, FROSIO 2 or 3, CSWIP 2 or 3 are a plus but not a deal breaker.

The salary for this role is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
