Are you ready to embark on a new adventure? As a Front Office Agent with A-ROSA Kreuzfahrten, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable experience on board our modern riverboats.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform nautical and technical tasks on deck
• Monitor bridges and gangways
• Maintain and clean the exterior ship areas and deck
• Work with ropes and rigging

Your Profile

• Completed training as a sailor (sailor's certificate)
• Ship's service book with Rhine entry or Rhine patent
• Desirable: first work experience on a passenger ship on the Rhine and/or Danube
• Training as a breathing apparatus operator according to FSV
• Good knowledge of German and English in writing and speaking
