About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemical Process Operator to join our team at ADECCO. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our chemical production facilities, ensuring the highest quality products are produced while meeting safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain chemical production equipment, including reactors, pumps, and control systems
• Monitor and control chemical reactions, ensuring optimal product quality and yield
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including cleaning and lubrication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in chemical process operation or related field
• Strong knowledge of chemical processes, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
