IT Senior Specialist Planner

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Senior Specialist Planner. As a key member of our IT Office Build-Out Team, you will play a critical role in planning and implementing IT infrastructure projects for SAP offices in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate IT sub-projects for new and renovation projects of SAP offices
- Ensure network standards of SAP IT in planning, conception, and implementation in construction projects
- Create requirement catalogs and tender documents
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, external planners, and service providers
- Collaborate with departments from Facility, Physical Security, IT, and LoBs
- Conduct risk analyses and develop measures to minimize risks
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and legal regulations
Requirements
- Education/degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in planning and implementing network technology projects and in project management
- In-depth knowledge in the areas of network technology, IT infrastructure, and construction
- Experience in creating technical specifications and tender documents
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Independent and structured way of working
- Openness to new ideas and the passion to convince others of them
- Fluent English and German language skills oral and written
- 5+ years of professional experience in the IT and network environment
