**Join our Finance Team**
At Viega GmbH & Co. KG, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team as a Trainee. This 18-month program will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the Finance department, particularly the Internal Audit division.
**Your Responsibilities:**
- Gain in-depth insights into various Finance departments and key interfaces within the organization through a structured deployment plan.
- Participate in an international assignment in the USA as part of our Partner organization.
- Conduct audits of business processes and projects, focusing on appropriateness and efficiency, risk management, internal control systems, and compliance with legal requirements, and prepare audit reports.
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of agreed-upon measures.
- Contribute to advisory projects and special audits.
- Update handbooks and process descriptions.
- Participate in the continuous development of Internal Audit processes and tools.
**Your Profile:**
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields, preferably with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Taxation, and Controlling.
- Ideal candidates will have initial professional experience in Internal Audit or Auditing.
- Strong analytical skills, a good understanding of complex relationships, and a structured and independent working style.
- Excellent communication skills, a confident demeanor, and a high degree of flexibility and team spirit.
- IT affinity and secure handling of MS Office, as well as ideal SAP knowledge.
- Very good German and fluent English skills.
- Willingness to travel within and outside of Germany.
