International Business Development Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of International Business Development to join our team at WuXi AppTec. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our business in assigned territories, managing sales processes, and leading a team to achieve division targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned supplier and customer onboarding goals
- Lead and manage a team to achieve division targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with other BD teams
- Direct sales responsibility for a number of customer accounts
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Life Science fields; S. or PhD from Life Sciences field a plus
- 5+ years of experience in leading a team and at least 5 years of business development experience preferred
- Experience leading a team of remote workers
- International business or cross-cultural experience, ability to work with international teams
