About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integrity Innovations Manager to join our dynamic team at FSC Global Development GmbH. In this exciting role, you will support initiatives that implement innovative solutions and cutting-edge technologies to enhance the integrity of our certification system.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage innovation projects and execute follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) throughout a project lifecycle.
  • Provide support for the development and adoption of integrity tools and processes.
  • Identify, advise on, monitor and review systems improvement.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks, and contribute to project planning and reporting.
  • Identify issues and recommend solutions to project teams.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of Integrity subject matter experts.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in managing technology/innovation projects and/or facilitating complex technical processes in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Investigations, Integrity and or Compliance background is a plus.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple functions simultaneously.
  • Experience in writing, reviewing, revising, and/or editing technical documents is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize and complete work tasks.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Language & Communication Skills:
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills that contribute to cohesive team efforts and decision making.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Other languages are a plus.
  • Digital Skills – good skills in the use of/experience with:
  • Standard office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with database software is a plus.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence and other technology is a plus.
