In dieser Rolle sind Sie Teil eines internationalen Teams, das die Infrastruktur für die U.S. Air Force Europa und Afrika aufrechterhält. Hier erwarten Sie vielfältige, spannende und verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben in einem multikulturellen Arbeitsumfeld.

Aufgabenbereich
  • Installation, Aktualisierung und Unterstützung von (Windows) Arbeitsstationen
  • Verwaltung von Client-Desktops und -Anwendungen
  • Netzwerkinstallation und Erweiterung von Büronetzwerken, wie z. B. LAN und WLAN
  • Installation, Aktualisierung und Konfiguration von Systemen und Anwendungen gemäß Vorgaben
  • Fehlerbehebung bei Benutzerproblemen und Hardwarefehlern
  • IT-Support für interne Mitarbeiter, einschließlich Troubleshooting von Software- und Hardware-Problemen
  • Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen für neue Mitarbeiter
Ihr Profil
  • Mittlerer Bildungsabschluss und/oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im IT-Bereich
  • Mehrjährige, relevante Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Software- und Hardwareinstallation sowie Netzwerkadministration
  • DOD Zertifizierung Security+ oder CompTIA Sec+ ist erforderlich oder muss innerhalb von 6 Monaten erworben werden
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein der Klasse B erforderlich
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher Mehrarbeit
