Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing onshore training programs for our offshore technicians, enabling them to become as competent as possible before working at sea. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our global operations and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, innovative, and trendy training solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement onshore training programs for offshore technicians
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless training delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
  • Support ramp-ups and ensure timely completion of training programs
Requirements
  • Background in learning management and/or project management
  • Experience handling large-scale projects
  • Excellent English skills, both orally and in writing
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to shift from operational to strategic perspective frequently
  • Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset
