About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Expert to join our team at ALDI DX in Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany. As a key member of our CEO office, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative IT strategies that align with our company's goals.

In this role, you will work closely with international top management to analyze market trends, develop strategic plans, and implement effective solutions. Your expertise in IT project management, agile methodologies, and strategy development will be essential in driving our digital transformation forward.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT strategy consulting or management consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with ALDI DX's business objectives
  • Analyze market trends and competitor analyses to inform strategic decisions
  • Closely collaborate with international top management to drive digital transformation
  • Prepare and coordinate international senior management committees
  • Support the CEO with strategic decision-making through data analysis and recommendations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related field, such as computer science or business administration
  • Several years of experience in IT strategy consulting or management consulting
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Discretion and high level of trustworthiness
