The role of Financial Controller at Adepto Technical Recruitment involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for an innovative manufacturing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity and providing high-quality, timely periodic and year-end closing and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Developing and managing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating the annual audit process and managing tax filings and reporting.

Requirements for the Financial Controller role include:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Strong experience in German GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
  • Effective communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written.
